Grafton, Utah

A ghost town settled in the 1800s and inhabited until 1945. It has been very well preserved due to its use in several movies. The most notable for us is the bicycle scene from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. It was part of the Maule Family Pandemic Film festival so we just saw it in the past few months. The building definitely looks familiar and we could see the movie being filmed here. Either way, it was a great wacky wild and weird stop!
Our first stop was the cemetery.

Some of the headstones were wood!

The Grafton Church, School, & Meeting hall.

There was a little of everything here!

We think this house was used in Butch Cassidy, but we will have to re-watch it to be sure.
